Good morning! I’m at the beach this week with my family, but I wanted to get this post up for you all today. For anyone new to following along, I share my everyday outfits every other Wednesday. Since I’m shopping my closet, some items are old, but I try to link similar when I can’t get a current link. Let’s dive right in!
What I Wore: Two Weeks of Everyday Outfits
SIZING NOTES: I’m 5’5″ and I usually wear a small or medium in tops and dresses, a 29 in jeans and pants, and a size 8 shoe. Gifted items are indicated by c/o; everything else I purchased myself.
I must not have gone anywhere other than PT last Wednesday because this is what I wore. This Zella top is my new favorite. It’s regular bra friendly, and it’s lightweight and breathable, and it just hangs straight without clinging or being overly voluminous. It’s a nice length too. I only front tucked it because the joggers have the waist tie.

I had a photo shoot the next day, and I wore this casual look home and did some errands along the way. I love how this olive tee pops against the white shorts.

I did some try ons when I got home, and then I ended up keeping this outfit on to take my daughter to the doctor that afternoon. It’s simple, but I love it. My Birks in the metallic black are the perfect bookend with the washed black tee, and the medium wash jeans create just enough contrast while keeping the same general color tones.

I got up the next day and pulled this t-shirt on again, this time with white shorts. As much as I like the low contrast look with the blue jeans, I also like how it pops against the white shorts. I wore the same sandals, and it achieves that same bookend effect, but again, with a little more of a noticeable contrast due to the lighter shorts. This tee will also look good with rust and khaki this fall.

The next day was Saturday, and I spent the afternoon in the pool.

I guess Paul and I went out to dinner or something that night because I took this picture. There’s nothing on my calendar, and I don’t remember what we did. I love this simple color combo; black and olive never steers me wrong.

We flew to Nashville the next day for a quick trip. I usually wear a white tee with jeans and a denim or utility jacket of some sort, but I decided to swap out the white tee for this gauze top. I think it’s super cute for summer. I added the raffia hoops to keep it light and summery.

We went out to dinner that night for Father’s Day at the Oak Steakhouse. Highly recommend! I wore this stripe dress I bought at the Evereve store. I had seen it online and wanted to order it, but I figured I wouldn’t like the body-con fit. When I saw it in-store, I figured I may as well try it, and I’m so glad I did! The medium was a bit roomy, and also too long in the waist, the the small fits perfectly.

The next morning, I threw on soft pants and a Vuori tee to work in the lobby while my family slept in.

And this is what I wore to my daughter’s college orientation. I love the light neutral look for summer.

Then I wore this outfit for the return flight the next day. My gauze top got dirty on the way down, so I was glad I had thrown a white t-shirt into my suitcase “just in case.”

Back at home, I threw on this Frank & Eileen denim button-up with white shorts to run some errands. I really like this look. It’s not my usual style, and I think it’s really fun for a change.

When I got home, I wanted to sit outside on my deck to work for the evening, and the denim shirt was too hot so I switched into this old Lazy Lake Daze tank. I think this is my 3rd year with this one! I love it because we often vacation in Maine at my family’s lake house.

I had an early morning dental appointment the next day, as well as a mani/pedi later on, so I wore flares that are easy to roll up and one of my favorite casual summer tops. (This time, I got OPI Makeout-Side on both my hands and feet.)

Last Saturday, we had a breakfast event at church, and I wore this denim skirt and sleeveless sweater. I love this combo for a “dressed-up casual” look.
